Laila specializes in Color and Treatment services. She is extremely passionate in the art of Coloring in both Classic and Modern Techniques for all ages. Her considerations for Health and INTEGRITY of hair combined with cosmetic COLORFUL beautification help her achieve Shear Brilliance! The Integrity of the hair creates a beautiful foundation for any Color! Every Color is always customized and personalized, and Laila is continuously striving to "Break The Rules, But Stick to The Theory", to challenge preconceived Color boundaries and limitations...the Healthy way! Always staying educated and in touch with the latest trends in Hair and Fashion, there's never a dull moment in the world of Color!
Having earned her graduate degree in English Literature combined with her pursuit of perfection in the Art of Hair, Laila recognizes the importance of continuous education as part of the D&L culture. With a Rising Star Internship program and cutting edge Hair Artists, D&L Hair Studio prides itself in a one-of-a-kind staff of teachers and learners. Laila believes that alongside continuous growth through education, D&L’s success relies on her fundamental 3C’s: Creativity, Commitment, and Compassion. An active member of her South Miami community, and regularly working with local businesses to hold charity and community functions.
