This training journey is developed to grow and build Future Professionals and Rising Stars into D&L Hair Artists!!

At D&L we take pride in our CONSTANT and CONTINUOUS education and training! As Rising Stars individually GROW with time and skill level, they have increased opportunities to perform more and more hands-on responsibilities alongside Hair Artists

There are ALWAYS tripods, mannequins and tools in the salon to accommodate the training experience of Rising Stars. During ANY and ALL "Down-Time" opportunities, Rising Stars are required and encouraged to study, learn and practice with guidance and direction from Hair Artists. Finishing, Cutting and Color are all on-going mannequin practice in the salon during available salon hours

Because we recognize that each and every Rising Star joins the program at different levels of education and experience, it is formatted to accommodate the on-going development of dedicated & passionate artists who are willing and hungry to learn and grow into truly successful professionals. Those Artists Truly Passionate About The Art Of Hair will complete their journey and join the D&L Team to inspire and grow new Rising Stars!

During these next months we will be evaluating your work ethic along with your attention to detail, ability to take direction, customer service, teamwork, passion and commitment. We are here to make this experience fun and exciting into your new career!
